Before ordering your 2nd Radiology Opinion, please make sure the images are in DICOM file format.
Notes: If you do not have the original radiology report, it is considered a 1st opinion, and a small additional fee must be paid. Make 1st Opinion Report payment. If you have had surgery in the area of the study, an additional fee is required for Post-Operative Cases.
HOW IT WORKS IN 3 EASY STEPS:
STEP 1
Purchase your desired 2nd Radiology Opinion
- By purchasing a 2nd Radiology Medical Opinion, you are contracting Spine and Brain Advocate to act as a “3rd party Representative” on your behalf and agree to its terms, conditions and policies.
Quantities:
- A MRI Brain is considered (1) quantity
- A MRI Cervical Spine is considered (1) quantity
- If you have both MRI Brain and Cervical Spine studies, it is considered (2) quantity.
STEP 2
Submit the applicable Study File(s), original report (if a 2nd opinion) and Patient Clinical History & Agreement using the following instructions:
(i) Submit Study File(s) via a Google Email Address:
Upload the applicable radiology imaging study file(s) in DICOM format, and if a 2nd opinion, the original radiology report(s) easily and securely via Google Drive with editor and sharing permissions, and send to: spinebrainadvocate@gmail.com
(ii) Patient History, Consent and Agreements:
Complete the Patient Clinical History, Consent and Agreements online here.
STEP 3
Receive Radiology Opinion Report from a Certified Radiologist with expertise in Craniocervical Instability and its Common Comorbidities.
Within approximately 14 business days, from the date that all the required information (above) has been submitted and full payment received, you will receive the Radiology Opinion Report(s) in the email address that was provided at checkout.
