This giveaway is organized by Spine and Brain Advocate Inc. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries are limited to one per person per book category. Prizes have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.

By signing up, participants confirm they have read, understand, and agree to the contest rules and this disclaimer. Spine and Brain Advocate Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, and modify or cancel the contest at any time. Winners must provide their full name, mailing address, and phone number for shipment. Winners also agree that their first initial, last name, and country may be publicly listed as contest winners on Spine and Brain Advocate Inc.’s platforms, websites, and related materials. By entering, the public and participants release Spine and Brain Advocate Inc. from any liability related to participation or prize fulfillment. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Spine and Brain Advocate Inc. – CCI Book Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by Spine and Brain Advocate Inc. (“Sponsor”), based in Canada. This contest is governed by the applicable laws of Canada and is intended for legal residents of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

2. Contest Description

The CCI Book Giveaway (“Contest”) allows eligible participants to enter for a chance to win one of three non-monetary book prizes.

Participants may submit one entry per book category, for a maximum of three entries total.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of:

• Canada
• United States
• United Kingdom

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or direct affiliates of Spine and Brain Advocate Inc. are not eligible to win.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the designated entry form associated with each book category. Each entry must include a valid email address and any required information indicated on the form.

Submitting an entry indicates that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and the Contest Disclaimer.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Entry Period

The Contest opens on the date specified by the Sponsor and closes on:
December 4, 2025 at Midnight (EST).
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

6. Selection of Winners

One winner will be selected for each book category by a random draw from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on:
December 5, 2025 (EST).

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each book category.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Details

Prizes consist of one physical copy of the corresponding book.
Prizes:

• Have no cash or monetary value
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be substituted or exchanged

Books will be printed and delivered by Amazon or its designated distributors. Delivery timelines depend on Amazon’s production and regional shipping times.

9. Information Required From Winners

To receive the prize, winners must provide:

• Full name
• Mailing address
• Phone number

Failure to provide this information within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners also agree that their first initial, last name, and country may be publicly listed as contest winners on Sponsor’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and related materials.

10. Consent and Release

By entering the Contest, participants agree:

• To comply with these Official Rules
• To release and hold harmless Spine and Brain Advocate Inc. and its representatives from any liability related to participation or prize fulfillment
• That the Sponsor has the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or that appear fraudulent

11. Privacy

Personal information collected is used solely for Contest administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment. Sponsor will not sell or share participant data with third parties except as required to fulfill prizes (e.g., Amazon shipping).

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or events beyond its control.

If the Contest is canceled, the Sponsor has no obligation to award any prize.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively within Ontario, Canada.

14. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the Contest indicates full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the Contest Disclaimer.
