Description
Post-Operative Case Reporting fee must be included for patients who have been surgically operated on in the area of the study. For example, if the patient has had cervical fusion and has submitted a post-operative MRI cervical spine study, this fee applies.
This additional fee applies to each study being submitted. For example, if there are 2 studies involving post-op (meaning, there has been surgery or fusion to the area), then the quantity for post-operative reporting extra fee is (2) quantity.
